Keegan Hackman, MSW, LCSW

Keegan began her path towards social work as an undergraduate at the University of Delaware where she majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science. Keegan worked in a research lab throughout her undergraduate program that explored the role of implicit bias and prejudice, and she credits this experience with further forming her desire to become a social worker. Keegan began working in direct clinical services, received a Master’s in Social Work from Delaware State University, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Keegan is currently working towards a certification in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, which focuses on alternative and nutritional approaches to treat mental health symptoms. As the Director, Recovery Center, Keegan is working to continue to build our programs and services, specifically the Co-Occurring PHP program for those who encounter both substance abuse and behavioral health challenges. She is chair of the Young Adult Program Committee and is working on engaging the young adult population within the programs to connect and participate in healthy, prosocial activities.

Keegan has played rugby for the past 10 years, across many different states she’s lived in, and she continues to participate in matches with Brandywine Rugby. Keegan is an active member of the Lehigh Valley Sports Leagues and currently plays on both dodgeball and softball teams within the league.

Keegan plans to continue to develop direct clinical services.  She would like to utilize her certification in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health in daily practice to promote a holistic and person centered approach to treating mental health.
