New Vitae Wellness and Recovery Donates to the Bucks County Toys for Tots Campaign

December 11, 2015

On December 9th, New Vitae Wellness and Recovery was pleased to make a donation to the Bucks County Chapter of Toys for Tots.  Toys for Tots, initiated by the United States Marine Corps, facilitates holiday gifts for needy children across the county.  The Bucks County division, coordinated by Kevin J. Miller and Dianne Cochran, connects with over 300 businesses each year in order to collect donations of new toys.  Their goal is to distribute over 25 thousand holiday gifts to over 9 thousand local children.  Collection boxes were placed at all of the New Vitae sites to encourage donations from interested residents and staff.

“We are so happy to be able to donate to Toys for Tots,” Donna Devlin, Executive Administrator of New Vitae Wellness and Recovery notes.  “After hearing about Kevin’s history with Toys for Tots and his dedication to this cause, we wanted to be able to collect and donate to this great organization.”

Kevin Miller also assists New Vitae with providing direct support for Veterans receiving services.  He offers a group for Veterans seeking to connect with each other, and provides supports for Veterans in the community.  Our residential and recovery center staff members appreciate all of his efforts at New Vitae and with all of Bucks County.
