Each year, New Vitae Wellness and Recovery selects employees who best represent the mission, vision, and ethical values associated with provision of our services for celebratory awards.  The following employees have been identified as Employee of the Year for their support, teamwork, and dedication:

In addition to our Employees of the Year, New Vitae identifies an annual Iris Award Winner.  The Iris Award, named for the national flower symbolizing mental health, is presented to an individual who personifies an outstanding commitment to promoting recovery activities and who strives to assist with the goals of our individuals participating in services.  The Iris Award for 2014 has been presented to Karen Boardman.  Karen supports the residential program at Mount Trexler Manor.  Her compassion and commitment to holistic care has resulted in many personal successes for participants, staff, and visitors.  She has served our community for over two years.  Thank you, Karen!

Great job to all of our nominees and winners!

“I got stronger each day due to the possibilities and strength from being there.  My only regret is that I didn’t find New Vitae sooner.  Give yourself a chance.”
