Assistant Administrator Obtains Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator Certificate

August 21, 2018

Please join New Vitae Wellness and Recovery in congratulating Katie Pintabone, Assistant Administrator of Quakertown House, who recently obtained her Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator certificate!

Certification requires the completion of a 100 hour course that trains participants on Department of Human Services regulations as well as the role of an effective home administrator.  Additional prerequisites to obtain the certificate include an eight-hour orientation through a Pennsylvania State Office and a passing grade on a 100 question exam.

Katie began her career with New Vitae as a Mentor back in 2006.  Her compassion and dedication to supporting our residents resulted in many personal and organizational successes.  Katie gradually adopted several new roles over the course of her employment with New Vitae, including working as a care coordinator, a care coordinator supervisor, and Director of Social Services for Quakertown House prior to her current position.  Most recently, Katie has taken on additional responsibilities that include assisting with the management of Quakertown Residential Services and playing a major role in safe day-to-day operations.  We are so happy to share the news of this fantastic accomplishment!

Congratulations again, Katie!
